Staffing
Our Pre School is a Charity based, non profit making organization. We have a Management Committee, comprising of our Chair – Mrs Lynne Fox, our Administration Finance Manager – Mrs Jill Wormleighton and our Pre School/Nursery Manager – Mrs Michelle Shaw.
Mrs Fox and Mrs Wormleighton have a wide experience of childcare from their personal occupations.

Mrs Jill Wormleighton and Mrs Lynne Fox are Trustees of the Pre School and are registered on the Charity website.
The Management Committee are responsible for reviewing and agreeing the Pre School Policies and procedures, selection, employment and appraisal of staff, together with the overall financial and administration of the Pre School.
Mrs Shaw – our Pre School/Nursery Manager supported by Mrs Hopewell, has the responsibility for the day to day organisation and running of the Pre School Nursery.
